4 Fat Burning Recipes to Satisfy Your Mouth and Blast Fat

You might be looking at losing weight as some sort of punishment because there is no way that you can lose weight and eat what you like at the same time. Well, that certainly doesn’t have to be the case. Your meals can be delicious if you are willing to experiment and try different fat burning recipes from a variety of quality ingredients. Just because you are changing your eating style to a healthier one don’t mean you can no longer enjoy your food.

As a matter of fact here are 4 of what I like to call fast fat burning  recipes. Go ahead, try them out and let me know what you think.


1. Fat Burning Recipes Breakfast

French Toast:

  • 2  organic eggs
  • maple syrup
  • 2 slices of sprouted grains, spelt or rice bread
  • 1 tablespoon of real butter
  • cinnamon

How to prepare: Mix the eggs in a bowl. Dip the bread in the egg mixture until it is completely coated on both sides. Heat a pan on low to medium heat and add the butter. Once the butter is melted, add the egg coated bread and cook each side for 3 to 4 minutes. Sprinkle the toast with cinnamon and serve it with 2 teaspoons of maple syrup.


2. Fat Burning Recipes Lunch

  • A Mexican Dish: By Mike Geary
  • 1 lb of cooked diced chicken breast or shrimp
  • 1 large bunch of finely chopped cilantro
  • 2 medium vidalia onions chopped
  • 1 10/12 oz jar of bean and corn salsa
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 large lime
  • 10-12 round flat toastado shells (choose toastado shells that are fried in healthy oils like coconut)

How to make: Mix the diced chicken, diced onion, chopped cilantro, and jar of bean and corn salsa all together in a large bowl. Spoon out some of the mixture from the bowl onto each of the tostadas, and then top with some diced avocado (Use about 1/4 to 1/2 of an avocado for each tostada). Then slice off a couple of fresh lime wedges and squeeze the fresh lime juice on top of each tostada.


3. Fat Burning Recipes Dinner Idea

  • Baked Chicken:Fat burning recipes to help you lose weight 
  • extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1 whole baking chicken
  • spices of your choice (parsley, thyme, garlic, oregano, sea salt and cayenne peppers)

How to make: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Put 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a small pan and melt it over low heat. Mix 1 to 2 teaspoons of each of your spices in a small bowl and pour in the melted coconut oil. Mix all the ingredients together. Let the spice and coconut oil mixture cool.

Rub the spice and oil mixture under the skin of the chicken with your hands. Once the chicken is completely coated, place it breast side down in a glass baking pan and pop it in the oven. Let the chicken cook for 1 to 2 hours until it’s done.


4. Fat Burning Recipes Snack

  • Fat-Burning Chocolate Pudding
  • 3 tablespoons of almond butter (preferably raw)
  • 2 tablespoons of organic cocoa powder
  • 1/2 of a ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk (preferably organic)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 packet of stevia (add more depending on how sweet you want it)
  • 1/2 to 3/4 scoop of chocolate protein powder
  • pinch of salt

How to make: Combine almond and avocado into a bowl and mash it until smooth. Then put the rest of the ingredients into the bowl and mix vigorously until it is smooth. Alternately you can use a food processor to blend the ingredients.

The outcome should be similar to pudding but if comes out too thick, you can add more coconut milk or almond milk. You may add some walnuts and pecans if desired.
